May 2021

We hope this communication finds everyone in good health and spirits!  It is hard to believe we are already into May of 2021.  With that, this year has brought encouraging news regarding our Nation’s response to COVID-19 which has seen more than 37% of the total population fully vaccinated with over 123 million people! (Statistics according to CDC Data posted in May of 2021)  With increased vaccinations combined with declining case and death rates, we are prepared to return to some semblance of normalcy at home and work, while balancing a continued abundance of caution to ensure the continued safety and well-being of our employees, business partners, and communities. 

Throughout the pandemic Condominium Associates has been carefully monitoring COVID-19 since March of 2021 and after thorough consideration and reviewing the latest statistics from the CDC, WHO, State, and Local authorities we will be moving to our final phase of our COVID-19 response beginning on Monday June 14th, 2021. How does this impact our communities? In essence very little. Condominium Associates’ services levels have always been maintained through out this event to the standards you are accustomed too. This will be continued without disruption. The final phase of our COVID-19 response is focused on our internal operations. Specifically our remote work force, meeting, and mask policies in our corporate offices.

We are proud of our great success in keeping our work force healthy and out of harm’s way.  Condominium Associates’ will continue to encourage personal accountability and social responsibility to ensure that respect for our fellow co-worker’s health is at the forefront of our decisions. .
